Educational Requirements:

Graduate degree holders, postgraduate students, BA/MA/BCOM/MCOM/BSC/MSC or BED graduates, and headmasters and head teachers are now able to apply for positions through the BPSC organization. Also, the candidates had to possess the TET certificate.

Age Norms

  • Rupees 200 for SC/ST/Female/PH/PWD/GEN/Other Class; INR 750 for these classes.
  • Head Master Seats/Age Requirement: 31 Years
  • Seats for Head Master/Max GEN 47-year-old male class
  • Seats for Head Master/Max GEN 50 Years Old, Female, BC/EBC Class
  • 52-year maximum SC/ST class and headmaster seats
  • Seats/Maximum for Head Teachers: 58 Years

Pay Level:

For the BPSC Head Master positions, candidates would receive a monthly salary of INR 35,000, and for the BPSC Head Teacher positions, INR 30500.
