‘Parish’ Streaming Release Date Announced for AMC Plus!

Giancarlo Esposito, known for his roles in “Breaking Bad” and “Better Call Saul,” is returning to the criminal world in a new AMC series called “Parish.” In this six-episode show, Esposito portrays Gracián “Gray” Parish, a man who becomes a driver for a dangerous criminal syndicate. The series is set to premiere on Sunday, March 31 at 10/9c on AMC and AMC+.

In the trailer for the series, Esposito’s character finds himself entangled in gunfire and disposing of bodies as he navigates the criminal underworld. Determined to take control of his life, he declares, “I’m tired of being a passenger in my own life.”

Gray Parish is described as a family man and the owner of a luxury car service in New Orleans. After his son is murdered and his business collapses, he reconnects with an old friend from his past as a wheelman, leading him into a dangerous confrontation with a violent criminal syndicate.

The series, previously titled “The Driver,” was greenlit by AMC in March 2022. Alongside Esposito, the cast includes Bradley Whitford, Skeet Ulrich, Zackary Momoh, Paula Malcomson, Bonnie Mbuli, Ivan Mbakop, Arica Himmel, and Dax Rey.
