In Maddam Sir, four women and one guy who work as police officers in Lucknow are the main characters. They work together to solve different cases. One of the prisoners becomes a secret spy for them, which is a surprising turn of events. Karishma and Haseena are two female cops with very different personalities. This sometimes causes problems between them. Even so, they continue to help each other. An officer called Anubhav joins their team and helps them work out their problems.
Even after this, Anubhav’s love for Haseena keeps growing, which brings them closer together in the end. Anubhav and Haseena plan to get married, but on the day of the service, Anubhav gets a message telling him to call off the wedding and leave the city for a dangerous national security mission.
He leaves with the help of Karishma when he realizes that her relationship with Anubhav could put her safety at risk as well. Their story stops for a while, but fate brings them back together a few months later. Haseena starts to like Anubhav, but she finds out later that his feelings are just a cover for a task.
