Fox Greenlights 'Animal Control' for Season 3 Ahead of Premiere!

The show is about a group of people who work for animal control, as the name suggests. Along with Michael Rowland, Vella Lovell, Ravi Patel, Grace Palmer, and Gerry Dee, Joel McHale is the one in charge of the cast. As guests in Season 2, Ken Jeong, Sarah Chalke, and Krystal Smith (as Bettany) have all been cast.

The writers and creators of “Animal Control” are Bob Fisher, Rob Greenberg, and Dan Sterling. All three of them are executive producers, along with Jake Fuller of Jax Media, Tad Quill, and McHale. Quill is also in charge of running the show.

The show is made by Fox Entertainment Studios. This is Fox’s first live-action comedy that they own completely. Fox Entertainment Global is in charge of distributing the show. Channel 4 bought it in the UK. Foxtel’s FOX8 bought it in Australia. CBC and CBC Gem bought it in Canada. And TVNZ bought it in New Zealand.

Animal Control” is a very sarcastic show that does everything people expect from a FOX comedy, according to Michael Thorn, who is the head of scripted programming for Fox Entertainment. “It has a lot of momentum, and we’re so impressed with how hard Joel, Bob, Rob, Dan, Tad, Jake, and the rest of the cast are working on Season Two that we wanted to give them the chance to give fans even more of this special show next season.”

Fox says that the series premiere was the most-streamed pilot episode in the history of the network and the most-streamed comedy show ever. It gets an average of 5.2 million watchers across all platforms, with 2.6 million watching on Hulu.
