A vital member of our family was gone for the Dr. Phil staff. An editor for The Doctors and Dr. Phil, Sean Normandeau also worked as a writer. Dr. Phil said the producers and editors he worked with thought he gave of his time and skills in an exceptionally kind manner.

There is no preparation that can compare to this. Given that we were still in shock and mourning on Thanksgiving Eve, it was wonderful that we were able to have a lengthy, loving phone conversation before my guests arrived. But he had a good disposition, was energizing, and was attentive.
