Formerly described as ambitious, sweet, and clumsy, Austin’s inspiration for participating in Survivor was the chance to win $ 1 million and relieve his six-digit student debt. True competitor though he is, Austin also loves the game and looks forward to a challenge when everything is on the line to know that he has what it takes to make it out victorious.

Austin believes that his life experiences, especially his rebound entry into the world as a shy and self-conscious kid have prepared him well for the Survivor game. He sees himself most in Owen Knight and looks forward to playing a game similar to Jay and Wendell, making authentic relationship-building a top priority.
