A cause of death for rapper Coolio has been made public more than six months after he was discovered dead at a friend’s home in Los Angeles. The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner reported that the 59-year-old hip-hop artist passed away on September 28 after accidental fentanyl, heroin, and methamphetamine overdose.
