Sylvester Stallone structured a form of “Rocky” training specifically designed for his daughters. In an interview with The New York Post, the adult daughters of the “Rambo” star, Sistine, 25, and Sophia, 27, disclosed that their father employed Navy SEALs to provide them with training prior to their 2023 relocation to New York City, citing his extreme concern for their well-being in the area.
“It was the most difficult,” Sistine Stallone reported to the news organization. “It was about six hours we were in those woods.”
Scarlet, 21, and Sistine, both 21, are children of Stallone and his wife, Jennifer Flavin. Prior to this, the actor was entered into matrimony with Sasha Czack, the mother of his two sons, Sage and Seargeoh. Sage passed away in 2012 from cardiac disease.

On dates with daughters, “Rambo” dad Sylvester is “traumatizing” them. The Paramount+ reality show “The Family Stallone” featured footage of the Navy SEAL self-defense training, which allegedly involved having Stallone’s daughters chase a chicken. Sistine described the SEALs as “the real deal.”
This doesn’t seem all that out of character with Stallone’s parenting style. Sistine told the Post that their father had put them through “these sort of military-esque, self-defense trainings” since they were small. Sophia also said that their father would put them through a “rigorous routine” that included “sit-ups, push-ups, pull-ups, clean and jerks” every day at six in the morning.
Growing up in New York City Wasn’t Enjoyable For Sylvester Stallone
The birthplace of Sylvester Stallone is Hell’s Kitchen. However, the actor claimed on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that growing up in New York City wasn’t enjoyable because it was “very rough back then.” In “Sly,” a 2023 Netflix documentary, he went back to the New York theater where he used to serve as an usher.

Sylvester Stallone Made His Daughters Fight Coyotes
Jimmy Fallon featured a brief segment from the upcoming Paramount+ premiere of the second season of “The Family Stallone,” a reality television series centered around the Stallone family, on the Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on February 21st.
In the video, the actor’s daughters individually described the type of father Sly truly was. It appears that Stallone may have gone a little too far with his rearing. “In all honesty, my father is the epitome of paranoia.” “He is insane.” “As children, we were required to learn how to defend ourselves against coyotes,” his daughters explained in turn. Justification for the allegation? Stallone ensured that his daughters possessed the fortitude to confront and overcome any peril that presented itself. His measurements, nevertheless, deviated from the norm.
