Arnold Schwarzenegger has disclosed the humorous custom that he observes during the visits of his granddaughters.
On Wednesday, January 31, the 76-year-old former governor of California appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. During the interview, he discussed his personal life, including his daughter Katherine Schwarzenegger and the two daughters of son-in-law Chris Pratt, Lyla and Eloise. Arnold Schwarzenegger disclosed to Fallon that he frequently provides oatmeal cookie favors to his granddaughters in the same manner that he provides for his family of pets.
Arnold’s Routine During His Granddaughter’s Visit
“Katherine and Chris, her spouse, visit our residence on a weekly basis at the very least,” the Terminator star said of Katherine’s two daughters, adding that they “enjoy tremendously” interacting with his animals.
“I put them on the back of the miniature donkey,” Schwarzenegger said, adding that one of his grandchildren asked to ride his pet pig. I answered, ‘You don’t ride the pigs.'” “They are lovable pigs, though,” he told Fallon.
The Predator actor then recounted his daily ritual with his pets, which involves baking oatmeal cookies with honey, bananas, and oats. While the oatmeal cookies were originally intended for his two horses, Lulu and Whiskey, Schwarzenegger quickly discovered that the cookies are enjoyed by his entire family, including his grandchildren.

“They then form a queue when Katherine arrives with my grandchildren. I then give a cookie to Dutch after giving one to Lulu. Schnitzel gets a cookie from me. He mimicked to open his mouth wide like Lyla and Eloise and said, “I give a cookie to the pig and the two girls there, like this, just like the animals.”
Name of Schwarzenegger’s Beloved Animals
In an interview with Fallon, Schwarzenegger named his four favorite animals: a pig, two miniature horses, a donkey, and three dogs. “Cherry, the smallest of my three dogs, is what I nickname Noodle. Her age is fifteen,” the former bodybuilder stated. After that, I have Dutch, a Malamute. Next, I have Schnitzel, a fantastic female dog who is a huge, enormous monster.
He went on, “Then I have the miniature pony, the miniature horses, Lulu, and Whiskey.” “Those animals are really amazing. And the new addition, the pig. After over a year of ownership, the pig has proven to be a lot of fun. He also enjoys eating.

Schwarzenegger’s Life as Grandfather
The actor from Expendables has talked candidly in the past about being a grandfather. In February 2022, Arnold Schwarzenegger said that becoming a grandfather was one of the “easiest things” he had ever had to do during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!.
“I can assure you that being a grandfather is the easiest thing ever,” he remarked. You play with Lyla for an hour or two since they come over to the house. After two hours, they leave after I put her on the horse, put her with the dog, and play with the dog. Done.
It’s amazing, I assure you. Schwarzenegger continued, “I have a great time when they come over to the house,” before calling Pratt a “fantastic guy” and “a great son-in-law.”
