During Auburn’s game versus the University of Mississippi, a fan seated courtside snatched Johni Broome’s jersey. The collegiate basketball player turned and pushed the supporter away in an angry manner.
Then it dawned on them that the fan was, in fact, the Oscar-winning actor Morgan Freeman. After immediately apologizing, Broome went over to apologize to Freeman once more. On Saturday, he assisted Auburn in defeating Ole Miss 91-77 on the road.
Broome’s Statement Over The Feud
“I mistook it for an Ole Miss fan grasping my jersey and attempting to seize me,” Broome told reporters following the contest. “I nearly retracted his hand.” I recognized it, and I am a huge movie enthusiast. It is likely that I viewed one of his films en route here via airplane.
“However, When I realized it was him, I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’m an enormous fan.'” You are apologized. “He advised you to continue playing.”
