Former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell will come forward in the forthcoming Investigation Discovery series “Quiet on Set: The Dark Side of Kids TV” to claim he was sexually abused by Brian Peck. Dialogue coach Peck was employed by Nickelodeon on the series “All That” and “The Amanda Show,” where Bell appeared from 1999 to 2002. In 2004, Bell would become the star of his own Nickelodeon series, “Drake & Josh.”
Peck’s Arrest Amid Allegations Of Assault
Peck was apprehended in August 2003 on over a dozen charges pertaining to allegations of sexual abuse against an unidentified juvenile. Peck entered a not-guilty plea in May 2004 regarding his involvement in contraceptive behavior with a minor under 16 and oral copulation with a 14- or 15-year-old.
The identities of the victims are still unknown, and Bell has not disclosed the specific details of the abuse he endured; however, he is expected to do so during the upcoming airing of “Quiet on Set” later this month. Peck received a 16-month prison sentence and was mandated to undergo registration as a sexual offender in October 2004.

A scene from “Silent on Set” suggests that Bell will speak up to talk about Peck. The clip shows that former Nickelodeon star Drake Bell will be sharing publicly, for the first time, the story of the abuse he endured at the hands of his former dialogue coach, Brian Peck, who was found guilty in 2004 of crimes against Drake and ordered to register as a sex offender, according to a press release from Investigation Discovery.
Recently, Peck made headlines when two cast members of “Boys Meets World,” Rider Strong and Will Friedle, talked about their experiences working with Peck on the podcast “Pod Meets World.” Although they were contacted to provide remarks for the documentary series, they preferred to talk about their experiences on their podcast.
During Season 5, Peck appeared as a guest performer in two episodes of “Boy Meets World” and formed immediate friendships with Strong and Friedle. In 2003, Peck allegedly called Friedle while sobbing and “immediately spinning it so that it was clearly his victim’s fault” in response to allegations of sexual abuse.
Friedle conceded on the podcast that he initially believed Peck, further stating, “My initial inclination was to say, ‘My friend, this is incomprehensible.'” It must be the error of the other individual.’ “The narrative is entirely logical in its depiction in his manner.”

Subsequently, Peck requested the assistance of Strong and Friedle in court, and they complied. Friedle recalled, “We are positioned in that courtroom in opposition to all rationality… As she turned, the mother of the victim exclaimed, “Observe all the celebrities you brought along.” “And what you did to my child remains unchanged,” Friedle elaborated. “It was as if I were there to die.” One wondered, “What the hell am I even doing here?” It was horrifying in every aspect.”
