After her two-song performance on “Saturday Night Live,” country music artist Kacey Musgraves nearly walked out of 30 Rockefeller Plaza unharmed. But before the performance was over, Musgraves experienced a minor wardrobe malfunction.
She did not miss the chance to make fun of herself as she pointed out X’s fashion faux pas in a funny manner. “The video. I should have taken down the video,” she commented, emoji-ingrately, in response to a fan who loved the way host Sydney Sweeney gazed at Musgraves.
The “SNL” host extends his gratitude to the cast and crew as is traditional at the end of the program. Sweeney turned to thank Musgraves on her right after acknowledging everyone. Musgraves turned around in response, giving the camera a glimpse of her side profile and the piece of hair that was still in her hair.
The hair clip that Musgraves was using is usually intended to prevent hair creases and is frequently used when preparing cosmetics. Since she didn’t wear it whilst performing her recently released single “Too Good To Be True,” after the show she was probably making some touch-ups backstage.

The first single from her upcoming sixth studio album, “Deeper Well,” which will be out on March 15, was also performed by her. If any fans noticed the clip, it seems that they were supportive.
Musgraves, who has encountered similar malfunctions in the past, is likely not surprised by this occurrence. She infamously disclosed to reporters in 2014 that she had to remove her undergarments prior to sharing the CMA stage with the late Loretta Lynn.

The “Rainbow” singer gave two incredible performances on the sketch comedy show of her record’s title tune and her most recent hit, “Too Good to be True.” Her sixth studio album, “Deeper Well,” is out next week. However, she still had a hair clip holding back her brown locks to the right of her face when she came to the 8H stage for presenter Sydney Sweeney’s sign-off. It was most likely placed there when she was getting her hair and makeup done.
Shortly after the episode aired, the Grammy winner admitted her error on X, formerly Twitter. “The video. She reshared a fan’s snap of Musgraves and Sweeney saying their goodbyes, noting, “I forgot to remove the clip.”
