- Submission of proof of income for the four weeks preceding the application.
- Submission of proof of income for all household members.
- Provision of the fuel vendor’s name or utility bill details.
Payment and Application Deadline
Qualified individuals will receive the $500 payment annually. The application deadline is set for March 1, although it may be subject to change based on fund availability.
