I have loved Willy Nelson my entire life. My family were country music fans. An aunt played guitar and her husband the banjo. I was dragged out of bed to come sing. Two years ago I suffered a triple anuyerism surgery, only to have a heart attack two days later. While I was In a coma she played Willie’s music in my hospital room. Fortunately two weeks later I awoke. I believe it was because I was hearing Willie. I will love him to the day I die. I will turn 69 this year. Willie you are and have always been my hero. Hang in there Baby. Love you forever
Willie’s been dead since 11-25-2020 !! Actually, the one that was named after him !! After losing our cat my ex-wife’s daughter brought us this little Yorkie she had found online !! I told her if we were gonna keep him I was naming him after our Country Music hero !! So he got stuck with the name Willie Nelson Martin !! Unfortunately my sweet boy crossed the Rainbow Bridge 11-25-2020 due to congestive heart failure and my world hasn’t and never will be the same without him !! Hopefully Willie’s doing well because our list of TRUE COUNTRY ARTISTS keeps getting smaller every year !! We don’t have to many of them left for the TRUE COUNTRY MUSIC lovers to enjoy !!🎸🎸
